The demo equipment displayed this time is specially designed for high-precision inspection of medical reagent bottles. Adopting a dual-station parallel architecture, it enables simultaneous processing of multiple inspection tasks to deliver all-round detection without any omissions:
Label Content Recognition: Precise OCR for text on small-area labels;
Code Reading: High-speed reading of Data Matrix QR codes;
Appearance Inspection: Detection of cap color, bottle body color and liquid level height;
Quantity Statistics: Bottle counting based on backlight.
Through the collaborative operation of dual workstations and eight pairs of test groups, high-contrast imaging technology is adopted to accurately capture and measure every tiny detail even for transparent or semi-transparent containers, fully complying with the stringent quality control standards of the medical industry.
